We sincerely pray for the soul of those who passed away by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake which occurred on March 11, 2011. And we show our sympathy for victim and their family.

Many designers who registered to Hoimi said "Please use our rewards to aid victim by this unprecedented disaster!". We took a slogan of this charity "OUR PROBLEM". Because we took the designers' passions and feelings that "We must do! This is everyone's huge problem!".

We considered every charity goods' rewards of some volunteer designers and our company's gains (except procurement and delivery costs) as donations for victim of the 3.11 earthquake.

We feel that every charity goods have the designers' passion that "We want to do what we are able to do!"

We are a small company, so we cannot make a lot of donation. But with the designers' cooperation, we will do our best to aid the victim. Thank you for your cooperation. (2011.04 Hoimi staff )

まもなく震災から２年が経過しようとしています。今月は特別な哀悼の意を表して、今までの24期で一度も使ってこなかった黒をあえてテーマカラーとさせていただきました。
２年という節目で、我々Hoimiとしてのチャリティーも役目を終えたのではないかという思いもあり、今季で一旦終了しようという意見も社内ではございました。
が、やはり被災地にて復興がなかなか進んでいないという状況と、また２年が経過しようとしている今でも1000点以上ものデザインを継続してチャリティーとしてご登録いただいているデザイナー様の想いにも引き続き応えていきたいということもあり、私たちはチャリティーを継続していくことにいたしました。
チャリティー開始当初より毎月の募金額はグッと少なくなってはしまいましたが、引き続きできる限りの力を尽くしていきたいと思っています。
