Buying Guide

Add products to Cart

When you decide to purchase items, please select "body type", "color�h and "size", and then click "add in cart".
Because of on-demand printing, we cannot accept changes of color or size etc. after we have sent items or after the order status has become "Order confirmed". Please note it.
Especially, please confirm that the size is correct.

When you click �gadd in cart�h, cart-icon in upper right is red-flashing, and then items are added in your cart.
After you have added all items you want to a cart, please click cart-icon.

Confirming your order

If you click cart-icon, you can see details in your cart.
You can change your order items in your cart from here.

• 1 Changing size You can change size. Please refer to size table on right.
• 2 Changing color
• 3 Stock status The items stock status (each body-type and colors) that you have added in your cart is displayed in "A","B","C" and "D".
  When the stock status is "D"(stockout), we are sorry that we make you change size or color or delete the item. Thank you for your comprehension.
• 4 Changing quantities If you want to order multiple the same items, please change quantity from here.
• 5 Delete If you want to delete items in your cart, please click this.

When you perfectly confirm your order, please click "Go to next step".

Configuration of various services

And then please move to "Configuration of various services". If you need a special wrapping service, please select a type of wrapping and card.
Also, you can enter the message in the card here.
Orderable quantity with wrapping is restricted by each type of wrapping or by how to ship. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you need not a wrapping service, please click "Go to next" directly.

Selecting shipping address

>And then please move to "Selecting shipping address". The way of designating shipping address has below three ways.

• 1 Delivery to the registered address This is delivery to the address that was entered in your new registration.
• 2 Entering a new shipping address If you want to deliver for the different address (office etc.) , please select this and enter requirements.
  If you check " register this address " , the address is recorded (5 addresses per a user). And you need not re-enter when you purchase next time.
• 3 Delivery to the registered address The address that you registered in last time purchase is displayed in the list. Please select any address.

Selecting the way of delivery (Japan domestic only)

When the address entered in a previous page is Japan domestic, you go to the "Selecting the way of delivery" page.
In this page, you can select arrival time and a way of delivery.

• 1 Regular shipping This is normal delivery by Sagawa express. If you purchase more than a certain amount, your delivery fee is free.
• 2 Mail shipping This is a service to deliver parcels to the mailbox by Yamato transport. If your payment way is COD, you cannot select this service.
  For understanding the details of mail shipping, please read this or read "attention for mail shipping", when you will order.

Also, if regular shipping in Japan, you can select the arrival time of products from the list.
When you choose the mail shipping, you cannot designate arrival time. Thank you for your comprehension.
Arrival time may be changed due to weather ,traffic conditions and so on. Please note it.

Selecting a payment method

Next, you will move to "Payment method" page. You can choose Payment method from Paypal, Bank transfer and COD (Cash on Delivery). Please note that there is a payment way that you cannot select by conditions (delivery way, shipping address etc.).

• 1 Paypal You can pay with various credit cards.
• 2 COD This is how you pay when you receive items. If you select an international delivery or delivery by mail, you cannot select this payment.
• 2 Bank transfer If the buyer and the payer is different, please be sure to enter the payer name.

Final confirmation of your order

Next,you will move to " Final confirmation " page.
Please check carefully whether the size and color of products, payment method, shipping address and amounts are the correct.
If you want to change or cancel your order, please refer to " About the cancel and changes of your order ";

If you want to fix in each item, please click " Back to correct " and return to that page.
Once you have determined all, please click the "Order" button.

Purchase Complete

When you see this screen, your order have been completed successfully.
At the same time, we will send a confirmation email of your order to your registered address
To the customer of the bank transfer, we described the bank account in that mail.

Please check, and save that mail till products of order arrive.
