This is a list of frequently Asked Questions from customers and answers from Hoimi.
Before contacting us, please read it once.

Please tell me how to register as a designer.

If you wish to participate to Hoimi as a designer, first ,please register as a member . And after that, please apply as a designer from the application form . We do not charge you any fees for registration as a designer.
We will request the image of your works, or the URL of web sites that have your works.
First,our staff see your work. And if we wish to participate you in hoimi as a designer, we will send you an e-mail.　
Also, if you wish to participate as a designer, please read the designer Admissions(PDF) at the bottom of the " About Hoimi " page.
Also, we won't send e-Mail if you were defeated. Please be forewarned.

How long does designer's examination take?

If you pass to the examination, We will send a registration confirmation email to you within 4-5 days.

If I Failed in the examination, can I apply again?

Of course! Please try again.
However,if you send us the same works many times,the result will be the same. Please note it.

Can I register a design in common with other services?

It is no problems that you register the design that selling by other services.

Can I have more than one brand?

It is no problems that you have multiple brands. But We will not allow you to create the same design on multiple brands.
And, in Hoimi, one e-mail address has one ID. E-mail address is required for each brand.

Do you have the affiliate service?

The affiliate services are not supported currently. Please note.

Do you have a application for my blog?

Applications for blog are not supported currently. Please note.

Can I register as a designer from overseas?

Of course, You can participate as a designer from overseas. However, We need Japanese bank account or Paypal account to pay designer's rewards.
